HSPVA AT 50: A Unique History

HSPVA AT 50 is a creative collaboration between alumni, current students, former faculty, and current staff to celebrate the school’s first 50 years (1971-2021). This one-of-a-kind book dedicated to all things HSPVA features a brief history of the school, reproductions of ephemera from the archives, oral histories with original faculty members, anecdotes from alumni, and examples of student work spanning five decades.

Amy C. Evans (Visual Arts ‘89) spearheaded the HSPVA AT 50 project, and Kristina Kaczmarek (Media ‘89) was the graphic designer. Special thanks to Denise Ward (Vocal Music '12), Georgia Lister (Vocal Music '86), and Jonathan Klein (Kinder HSPVA Magnet Coordinator) for their collaborative efforts and to every HSPVA alumni, student, and faculty member past and present who contributed!
